The Lalique crystal glassware specialists and Peugeot are reissuing the Feuilles (Leaves) salt mill created in 1924. This exceptional salt mill, made entirely of Lalique crystal glass, is a homage to French excellence and to the Art Deco style.

René Lalique, the founder of the famed French crystal glassware house, and Peugeot decided in 1924 to bring their outstanding expertise together to create an exceptional piece. This alliance brought forth a salt cellar named Feuilles (French for leaves), made entirely of crystal glass. Nearly a century later, Maison Lalique and Peugeot are reissuing this Art Deco salt mill with its unique light effects and clarity. Reproducing the leaf motifs required use of the most modern techniques combined with the manual skills of fifteen artisans. This technological feat made it possible to incorporate the Peugeot grinding mechanism inside the crystal glass. This exceptional salt mill is an extraordinary refined piece, a homage to unique expertise. An outstanding model that will delight lovers of Art Deco and precious objects.
